I had a situation come up that I wasn't sure I was completly understanding.
I had the Cap invisible woman and my opponent had Rampaging Hulk from M&M. I wanted to use barrier to surround the hulk with blocking terrain like this.
XBX
BHB
XBX
XXI
X=Clear
B=Barrier
Can I do this? Am I understanding it correctly that the hulk would not be able to move through the blocking terrain diagonally? And if he wanted to destroy the blocking terrain with a 3 damage value that she could still potentially put it back up again the following turn?
Leap/climb
Give this character a move action and move it up to its
speed value. It automatically breaks away, may move
through squares adjacent to and occupied by opposing
figures, and ignores the effects of hindering terrain,
elevated terrain, and outdoor blocking terrain on
movement. When you give this character a close combat
action, it may target a character regardless of the target's
elevation.

I thought leap/climb only effected hindering and elevated, not blocking?

That's why.
EDIT: Ninjad by Vlad. Took too long to open my PAC
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
If someone doesn't have leap climb or flight it is kind of an interesting tactic though like a free incapacitate that you do not have to roll to hit with.
Although I say that despite the fact that it has nothing to do with giving an action token lol.....
