This is Evil Ryus' SP. Now at the same time he has this SP active, he gains Poison. Does this SP allow for the Poison to also get a Pen Damage of 1?

Awakened Killer does not specify that the damage dealt must come from an attack or any other specific method. So any and all damage dealt by Ryu will work just fine.

And, yes, that includes Poison.

Poison deals damage. That's enough to make it penetrating under the right circumstances.
