I have made a dial I feel would be acceptable for Doomsday, based on information from his past dials and comments on Slade Wilson's Doomsday, as well as some of my own ideas. But I had no idea what to price it as, so I err'd on the side of caution and cost him high. Also, I had to make the trait unnecessarily lengthy because the dial generator only allowed for one trait at a time.

It's like Doomsday is Here!Doomsday may use Super Strength, and must use Battle Fury. Doomsday's powers and abilities cannot be countered, and Damage dealt by Doomsday cannot be reduced below 2. If Doomsday attacks a character with the Kryptonian keyword or the Superman Ally Team Symbol, or is named "Superman", Doomsday may use Flurry, but both attacks must be on that character. Mighty Leaps Doomsday may use Leap/Climb. After Doomsday uses Leap/Climb, he may make a close combat action as a free action. Unstoppable Doomsday may use Invulnerability and Regeneration. When Doomsday's dial turns as a result of damage from an attack, stop turning the dial when this power appears.
Not a bad dial but a little over done on the trait. It's commonly done with Doomsday, and is One of the things that bothers me most when people talk about him. You can say Doomsday killed Superman and it's true enough, Superman did die as a result of the injuries he sustained, but at the end of that fight Superman killed Doomsday first. He stopped the unstoppable monster when no one else that tried could.
If you want a great comic accurate slightest between Superman and Doomsday make his trait something like:
Doomsday can use Super Strength, his powers and abilities can't be countered. After damage has been reduced Doomsday ignores all but 1 damage dealt from ranged attacks.
Give him full dial battle fury normally, give him an extra click of 5 Dmg and no 3's only 4 Dmg. And drop the defense power for normal Invulnerability (he doesn't heal that fast), give him some normal flurry at the back of his dial.

The revised Doomsday is great! Doomsday's advantage against Superman wasn't as great as alot of dials make it, if anything Superman was the only one capable of going toe-to-toe with the monster.
Now that's perfect. His speed value and power keep Superman from just HSS attacking and avoiding retaliation, trait makes it so the man of steel had to come in for the attack and not just blast with heat vision, and all that damage blocking and battle fury naked him a true monster.
When i did Doomsday i thought this would be a nice trait:
Adaptive Evolution Opposing characters may be given a power action to make a ranged or close combat attack targeting Doomsday as a free action. Doomsday can otherwise by attacked.
It is a simple wording that makes him immune to RS, Charge, HSS, Duo, Flurry, Exploit, Psychic Blast, BCF, EE, Grenades, Everything, RCE, CCE, Mind Control, Everything, Incap, TK, Lap/climb (attacking on different elevation), Possession, thowing an object with Super Strength, and a bunch of specials
This solves the Penetrating damage issue and really dampens your opponents team. Remember, before he killed Supes he fought half the Justice League with no problem at all
I'll be honest. I'm not seeing why he'd be 400 points. Even with your new dial You could probably keep him within the 250+ points range.
I'm just going by what the Heroclix Online (The unofficial one) told me on the point calculation. With regular leap/Climb, no trait, and no Super Strength it was 429. I actually dropped that down because it seemed a little high, even with the trait.
Ya, that calculator is not even close to accurate, I'd say the Revamped Doomsday is somewhere between 270 -300. All that Quake will keep the small guys away where they won't be able to cause any real harm (since he doesn't care much about ranged attacks), and he'll just beat the big guys faces in, lol.
I'm glad you didn't make him immuned to Penetrating attacks since he already is only taking 1 damage from Psychic blast, and Superman did infact beat Doomsday because he exploited a weakness he discovered (The spikes protruding from his body where actually bones and directly connected to his skeletal system, thus it hurt doomsday when he attacked them)
All right, changed the point cost to 299. I didn't feel like he needed to be lower cost to avoid putting certain feat cards on him.
