Say I had Hercules with an object in hand, next to a Psylocke or a SHIELD team member, and Hercules was going to throw said object. Would I be able to use Enhancement/SHIELD team ability to add a plus one to my damage?

Since Throwing An Object Is By Rules A Ranged Combat I Would Say Yes.
