If i possess both leap climb and support can i support up or down an elevation?
Leap climp seems to lead me to believe i can target them, but they arent technically adjacent. So how does this play out?
Support
Give this character a power action and make an attack roll
(that is not an attack) against an adjacent friendly character
as though making a close combat attack. When using this
power, neither this character nor the target can be adjacent
to an opposing character; ignore all combat value modifiers
for this action. If the attack roll succeeds, roll a d6 and
subtract 2 from the result, minimum result 1. The target is
healed of damage equal to the result.
Leap/Climb
Give this character a move action and move it up to its
speed value. It automatically breaks away, may move 9-2
through squares adjacent to and occupied by opposing
figures, and ignores the effects of hindering terrain,
elevated terrain, and outdoor blocking terrain on
movement. When you give this character a close combat
action, it may target a character regardless of the target's
elevation.

I would say no because its actions in Leap/climb and attack in support.
Pretty much everything / anything about general heroclix is here.
When you use Support, you give the character a power action. In order to use the second part of Leap/Climb, you need to give the character a close combat action. In short: Won't work.

This guy, disguy, is right
Support requires a power action. The power action activates support and nothing else. NOTHING!
The attack at different elevations does not require an action in and of itself, it just says when you do give the character a close combat action (here we are assigning an action for something that requires a close combat action) you can make an attack roll regardless of elevation differences
Support is similar to a close combat attack in that it requires adjacency but it is not an attack nor is it a close combat action
When you give this character a close combat action, it may target a character regardless of the target's elevation.
It says nothing about requiring an attack here.

You are using the rules for close combat attacks to use support. Either you can exploit weakness but not attack for a vanilla close combat attack (which is a huge !?!) or support should work.

EXPLOIT WEAKNESS Give this character a close combat action. Damage from the attack is penetrating damage.
You use a close combat action, and not a power action, to activate Exploit Weakness. Therein lies the answer.

Strictly speaking, Support doesn't have an attack at all. It has an attack roll. It's decided "as though making a close combat attack", but it isn't actually an attack and nothing that triggers with close combat attacks will trigger off of Support.

This argument isn't clear at all. What is clear is that Leap/Climb's allowing you to ignore elevations when using a close combat action. Support is not a close combat action, it is a power action. That's it. End of game as far as them working together is concerned. What kind of attack support is is irrelevant because Leap/Climb doesn't make any references to attacks.
