How will you score the 5 pt.s for the Kryptonite objects in the Superman set?
Will you score those points if you destroy the object? Can they be destroyed?
With other 3D objects you have to wipe out your opponent's entire force before you're awarded those points. Does Kryptonite work the same way?
I know only Green Kryptonite has been revealed. Its card doesn't say it can't be destroyed (or that it's continual), so it's not the same as the gem or mjolnir.
Point wise, for yellow and red objects. If your team brings in the 5pt object, and it gets used in any way, or destroyed the opposite team gets the points for it. If it's more than a 1v1, I suppose whomever destroys/uses it would get the 5pts, unless you yourself used it, than I have no idea maybe divide the points evenly.
As for things like the Crimson gem, it specifically says the opposite team has to pick it up to get points for it, pretty sure.

If an object is removed from the game (red, yellow, or blue) the opposing character gets points for the object.
There are some objects (dont remember which one) where if an opposing character has it on their card they get the points for it.

Any judges have any idea how this will be ruled?
Note that the word "continual" no longer exists in HeroClix. Since nearly every object made was "continual", they decided to drop the term and just make it the default state of objects that do not say otherwise. (Besides, one of the most common misunderstandings in the game was the idea that "continual" somehow meant "indestructible", which it most certainly does not.)
So, no objects being printed into the future will have the word "continual" and all previous objects are having their text nudged.

The HeroClix rules pay scant attention to anything other than one on one games. Currently, neither the rulebook nor the Player's Guide explain what to do with objects that are still on the board at the end of a 3-player, 4-player, etc. game.

I would assume it's awarded to last man standing just how on 1v1, the opponent scores the whole team if he takes out all the figures.
If there is no last man standing, then objects are probably divided among players just like KOed characters that were essentially pushed to death.
Eh . . .

If an object worth points remains on the map when the last character for a force is defeated, no one scores those points. Unless there are specific rules (as with the indestructible objects like Mjolnir) that state otherwise.

So these Kryptonite objects are still effective even when being carried? So if I have a character with Super Strength carry the White Kryptonite object to within 4 square of hindering terrain, any characters using that terrain for stealth purposes are no longer stealthed? Right?

You are correct!

Yes, it's delightfully sinister. I don't know that much about the kryptonites but I'm going to imagine the figure carrying the object running around using that Harry Potter spell to illuminate things. haha
"Come on Hulk! Where's the old boasting? The battle cries? Why aren't you bellowing about how you're 'the strongest one there is'? Could it be because... you know it's not true?"
"No. Because it's just too obvious."
