When I click on warbound in the units section the lower text is different than the card. Was Warbound changed or is the text incomplete?

I'm not aware of any errata on the card. Yeah, the text in the Units section is different from the card itself. Here's the text from the Golden Age Player's Guide:

The player's guide shows no errata for Warbound so the text on the card should match the text in the PG.

If the unit section is indeed different, it is likely that whomever entered the text into the database simply made an error; it isn't uncommon for that to happen which I why I always recommend that players don't use the unit section for getting the text/rules of game effects. Use the PG instead (see the link in my signature).
