I'm not getting the way you calculate portions.

We are playing an 800 point game.

I have 4 clix with the superman ally and they also match kryptonian keyword. How many probs would I have? The guy im playing has 6 clix matching sinestro corp. How many for him?

With a named keyword, you need two characters per 300 points or portion thereof of the build total. In an 800 point game, that means you need at least 6 figures with the keyword to get theme team bonuses. If you do, you get two rerolls per 300 points or portion thereof of the build total - in this case six theme team rerolls.

To be more specific about the portions bit, the same number of characters required and rerolls granted apply in 700 points and 900 points as they are all in the same "points bracket" so to speak - 700 points is two instances of 300 points and one portion thereof, while 900 points is three full instances of 300 points.
