Magog KO's GSX Phoenix. Phoenix comes back via her trait. Can Magog still perform a 2nd attack?

THE PHOENIX REBORN: Once per game, when Phoenix would be KO'd, instead heal her to click number 8.

EXCESSIVE FORCE: When Magog KO's an opposing character, after actions resolve Magog may take one action as a free action.
or if you'd rather...Mr. Immortal

DYING IS WHAT I DO BEST!: When Mr. Immortal is KO'ed, instead of being defeated, remove him from the map, place a special terrain marker in the square he occupied and turn his dial to click #9. Other characters can't occupy the square with the special terrain marker. At the beginning of your turn, if Mr. Immortal is removed from the map this way, heal him of 1 damage. When click #6 is revealed, remove the specal terrain marker and place him in that square. Victory points are only awarded for Mr. Immortal if he is removed from the map at the end of the game.
Also, if Magog defeats 3 figs in one attack can he do 3 actions afterwards?
Mr. Immortal is still KO'd, so in that case I'd say yes, Magog can continue on and use his Trait.
As far as three actions go, I'd say no.
EXCESSIVE FORCE: When Magog KO's an opposing character, after actions resolve Magog may take one action as a free action.
If Magog KO's 3 characters (I assume this would be through his Pulse Wave), he's still KO'd an opposing character, so he still only gets 1 action. It doesn't 'stack'.
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
As stated, she WOULD BE knocked out, but she never actually is, so his trait doesn't trigger.
Try looking at Hela:

Touch of Life: Whenever another friendly character is KO'd you may roll 2d6. This roll can't be rerolled or modified. On a result of 11 or 12, the character is not defeated; instead roll a d6 and heal that character of damage equal to the result.
Here, the figure actually IS knocked out, even though it isn't defeated.
Magog cares only about the KO, not about defeating, so he could keep going even if the figure is resurrected.
