I dunno either, but shooting Sauron in the face with the Starship Enterprise sounds like a lot of fun to me:

I'm excited about this. I want to have epic space battles with some friends. I would say none of us want to mix them with heroclix, lotr etc, but just having space battles sounds like a lot of fun.

Shame it doesn't appeal to you............but I am very much excited for this. One of the locals offered to paint my Fleet Captains ships but with these I don't think it's going to be needed.

And I'm pretty sure, while using Heroclix rules, they're intended to be a game within their own, not to be mixed with Heroclix. I vaguely recall seeing that written somewhere, so don't ask me for the source. I could be wrong. I'd still contain them to only ship vs. ship battles.
