Can I use the same feat card multiple times on the same character?

You mean assign, say, several copies of, say, Protected, on the same figure.

As spike1138 said above, if you're talking about multiple copies of the same feat, the answer is no. It's spelled out quite clearly on the last line of the Assigning Feats section.

But, you can use one assigned feat multiple times, unless it says to remove it after use, like Alias and Protected.
