Is there a way to see other users "haves" and "wants" sections? someone said that they saw my haves. so i was wondering how they did that

Anyone who has set up a Have/Want list has an icon at the bottom of their posts: H/W. Click on that and you can see.

It doesn't show your "Keeps", though.

if you put a figure as a keep and a want. does it still show it or not?

Keep is for your use only.
Doesn't affect the wants.
Keeps track of your collection.
At some point it was suposed to be tied to a price guide.
Then you could see the worth if your collection.
