SMEAGOL: Gollum can use Enhancement, Perplex and Support. When he uses any of these powers roll 2d6 at the end of your turn, and on a result of 6 or less deal Gollum 1 unavoidable damage.
Do you have to roll 2d6 only once at the end of your turn if you use any combination of the powers, or do you have to roll 2d6 for each power used?
Yeah, a figure could potentially use Enhancement up to the total number of actions you have available to you, or even more if you got some lucky Leadership rolls and maybe TK'ed Gollum around.
I wonder what the record is for most times Enhancement was used by a single character on one turn.
6?

In theory, on a single based character, 8 times.
On a double based character, or larger, it could obviously be more depending on how they are standing on the map.

And if he was TK'ed or Carried and moved to a different group of figures, he could do a lot more Enhancement in large point games.
Also, if he was in the middle of a group of single-based duo figures, he could potentially Enhance both of the 2 ranged attacks they could each be given.
So even in an 800 point game (without even using Leadership), one fig could enhance 16 times in one turn if everything was set up right, if you had 8 duo figs on the team!
