I would like some suggestions on a 400 pt animal keyword team. Here is who I have to chose from.

IH 94/39pt Man-Wolf

IH 134pt Tiger Shark

IH 128pt Man-Beast

CA 79pt Falcon

CA 89pt Armadillo

WOS 65pt Wolfsbane

AN 60pt Beast Boy / Beast Boy (bear) / Beast Boy (cheetah)

AN 62pt Detective Chimp

I only need to use one of them and then I can build around that one or use them in support of a better 400 point team. Ive only been playing for two weeks and would like to win one match at this weeks tournament. All and any help will be appreciated.

If it's for the event I'm thinking of (see my signature!), you only need to have one Animal keyword figure. Your team can use any keyword you want, so long as there's an animal involved.

(Or, of course, you could build the 400-point team as if Animal were a named keyword!)

Looking at what you've got, you may want to build around Falcon (Avengers, SHIELD) or Wolfsbane (Excalibur, X-Factor, X-Force). In recent sets, either would give you lots of potential allies.

OH I get it now. Thank you very much. You are correct that is the tournament im in this weekend. I still have alot to learn about understanding the wording used in heroclix. this is a whole new world for me. Thank you again.

Animal Man (AN set) is a must on my animal teams

Solovar from the same set is nice too because of the tk....

Can't say that I've ever ran an Animal theme team but, the Cap-Wolf provides that keyword with much needed leadership.

I would suggest you use Detective Chimp 62pts, and build a Mystical team around him. The Chimp is a fantastic support/tie-up piece for a mystic team.

I would offer a team build, but I'm not sure what clix you have to work with that have Mystical keyword.
