Defend New Krypton My Way: Adjacent friendly characters and other friendly characters that possess the Phantom Zone keyword modify their attack values by +1.
Kneel Before Zod!: Give Zod a power action. The controller of each opposing character within 2 squares with 0 or 1 action tokens can choose to give that character an action token. Each opposing character within 2 squares that was not given an action token is dealt 2 penetrating damage.
The Most Dangerous Kryptonian Alive: If an opposing character possesses the Superman Ally team ability, friendly characters can't use the Superman Enemy team ability; instead if there are two or more friendly characters possessing the Superman Enemy team ability on the map, they can each use Outwit normally.
So if a friendly adjacent character also has the Phantom Zone keyword, will Defend New Krypton modify its attack value by +2?
No. All the keyword does is remove the adjacency requirement; any friendly character can get the modifier if they are adjacent to Zod and if they have the right keyword they don't even need to be adjacent.
What happens if Zod uses the Kneel Before Zod! special power and I can't give my character an action token (it already has two)?
If a character was not given a token by this power then it will be dealt 2 penetrating damaged. It does not matter why they were not given the token, so a character that can't take one is in the same boat as a character that could have taken one but you chose to skip.
Can wild cards use The Most Dangerous Kryptonian Alive?
Yes and no. There are two things going on with this power:
1) Friendly characters, any friendly characters, can't use the Superman Enemy TA. Since wild cards use the TA they copy, and this special power prevents the use of this particular TA, wild cards can't use Superman Enemy. So in this regard, yes, they "use" this special power.
2) Friendly characters that actually possess the Superman Enemy TA can use Outwit. Wild cards don't possess the TA they are using. So even though they can't use this TA (see #1), they gain no benefit. Actual, printed-on-the-dial Superman Enemies get to use Outwit, but not the wild cards. So in this regard, no, wild cards do not use this special power.
