I think I'm right on this, but here's a question

DOes Toughness/Invul/Imper affect poison damage? I don't think so, since they reduce damage from close/ranged combat, while poison is not a combat action (or an action at all really), and it says a click of poison damage.

Just wanted to know for future reference.

Toughness and Invul DO Impv DOES NOT.

i know impurv does not reduce or block poision but not sure on other two

Add to that question... what if the adjacent fig is on ELEVATED terrain and the poisoner is grounded?

From the FAQ

"Adjacent
• Squares on different elevations are not adjacent to each other.
• Characters on different elevations are not adjacent to each other."

Leap/Climb is only so a Fig can use a close combat attack. Poison is not a close combat attack.

L/C treats figures that are on different elevations as adjacent for combat purposes of the figure WITH L/C. Therefore an L/Cer on top can do a close combat action on the person below, but not vice versa(assuming the lower does not have L/C.)
For all other purposes, they are not adjacent.

Poison in NOT a combat action so even if the L/Cer has it, it wouldn't work.
