This is a scenario that requires the blackest night starter set map of Oa Prison cells. the scenario is not complete and i was wondering if you could give me a good way to edit this to work better or give me a point value for the players (dont want to make it too easy for players to win).

OA PRISON BREAK
"There is reports of a riot on Oa and you and group of superheroes have been sent out to stop any potential threat from escaping Oa. You know there is 16 prison cells filled with enemies of the Green Lantern Corps."

Extra. Kal L BB + Black Hand BB (you may replace any single inmate with the
Kal L & Black Hand combo)
At the begining of every players turn roll a 1D6, on the result of a 5-6 one prisoner breaks out randomly. Best way to decide who randomly comes out roll a D4 twice, one to decide the block of 4 cells and the other to decide the individual cell in that block. if that prison cell has 2 characters they come out together and try to work as a team.
Prisoners who break out, get an immediate non free action. All freed prisoners get a turn at the end of each round. Players may rotate who plays the prisoners.
The winner is the person who has the most victory points after all prisoners have been KOed. You are only awarded victory points for KOing Prisoners, but you are allowed to target and attack other players who you should be helping, just no victory points are awarded if you KO any of his heroclix.

That is as much as i got so far. I wanted to add something along the lines of "if a prisoner occupies the orange map circle at the begining of the inmates turn, he may release 2 prisoner."
I was also thinking that since not superheroes like to kill, you can take a prisoner off the map if you incapacitate them 4 consecutive rounds or surround them in a barrier 4 consecutive rounds. after that immediately remove the prisoner off the map and you score his victory points.
