Ok Spiderman with leap/climb superstrenght on the ground another figure on top a building with a object under them. Spiderman is next to them can he use his leap/climb superstrength to pick up the object and attack them with it?

yes

He'd be able to pick up the object as soon as he became adjacent to the object. He would not be able to attack with it until next turn, though.

So, Spiderman would have to go on top of the building first (to gain adjacency), then he'd pick up the object. Next turn, he'd be able to use it in an attack.


Make sense?

No, for a couple reasons:

-you need to do a move to pick up an object
-the object needs to be adjacent

Even though L/C allows you to make close combat attacks against characters on different elevations, elevated squares are still not adjacent (so you can't pick up elevated objects, characters on different elevation don't need to break away, etc).
