Well, I PM'd kontrol about the game Wednesday. Didn't hear back.
Since the game essentially was not played, I'll rule this one a tie. It'll be the first FLE game to be ruled as such. Normally there would be a rolloff, but I'll make an executive decision to rule as most other games where the rolloff was needed at least had some progress made.
