Being able to access TK and Perplex from turn 1, Xavin here may just be the savior of the Skrull race. He breathes life back into Skrullvel with added attack values and radius, and adds good offensive support to his fellow crinkle-chins.
Add a Reality Gem to her, and you've finally got all the support powers on a Skrull theme team. This guy, more than any of the others, really opens them up.

I think that is a no. Here's why; push damage and Xavin's trait stack. You satisfy the trait first as it was enacted first. Then you take your push damage and turn to click 2. Unless there is some arcane rule that allows you to choose which one satisfies first. Great clix though...however it shakes out. Will be played much I think.

The two do not 'stack'. It is determined by the order in which things take place. Beginning of turn, you choose to move the dial. You take an action, then that action resolves, causing pushing damage. At the end of the turn, as the Trait states, if you are not KO'd, you return Xavin to the required click, either 1 or 6.
Love this figure. Very versatile.

He does effectively ignore pushing damage, here's why: Pushing damage occurs after the action resolves. Returning to click occurs at the end of the turn which is after ALL actions are done. So yes, he can TK (Or whatever) 2 times in a row & stay on his starting click while holding back in his starting area. What a cool piece.
Played him in sealed yesterday and he's quite good. Magus (with leadership) removed tokens from him twice (which means he acted 4 turns in a row)! Nico (with her starting leadership) would work well with him.
I won a sealed last night thanks to this guy.
My team was
165 GG010 Adam Warlock
75 GG022 Xavin
141 GG031 Captain Marvel
381
19 points under build, and Xavin was the lynchpin. I steamrolled all three opponents with constant hit and run/tk to safety tactics.
Warlock and Marvel both go into Pulsewave, Xavin helped maximize their effectiveness.
The only time someone on my team was KO'd was Xavin pushing on his last click, using his TK click a second time in a row. Now I'm reading that it shouldnt actually kill him, further increasing his worth. The Skrulls were already great, now theyre frightening.
This guy is unbelievable when paired with a flying hypersonic brick. Every single option is useful. My personal favorite play so far is using poison to knock Hollywood off of his first click, enabling Gladiator to blast him with a heavy! You have to keep him protected, but he is worth far more than 75 points when played well.
I had Hollywood fly him close then, once Hollywood based whoever he was going for, had Xavin use whichever dial suited him best to lob in attacks and support Hollywood. Love the versatility of his trait!
Xavin's returning to click 1 or 6 at the end of the turn can also protect him from critical miss damage. (Just don't crit miss after choosing the Torch click & pushing.)
this crafty skrull is a whole lot of fun to play, he'll mostly be using that tk/perplex combo, but don't forget u can move objects around with this guy by switching to his super strength and dropping objects in the square he occupies
