Can GSX Iceman use his ice cage special power with stunning blow? Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Formerly known as X-man3000, but haven't played in like two years and lost my password... Just now getting back into the game though.

It helps if you quote the power in question.

Ice Cage: Iceman can use Incapacitate. When he uses it and hits, until your next turn, the hit character's speed powers are countered, it gains , and that character must break away for movement purposes.

Stunning Blow Choose a character. When the character makes a successful attack using Incapacitate, in addition to the normal effect of Incapacitate the character may deal damage equal to its unmodified damage value. The attacker may choose to divide damage dealt among the successfully hit targets.

Ice Cage lets him use incapacitate. Stunning blow may deal damage when using incap. No reason they wouldn't work together.

Iceman's Incap is only Incap with an extra flavour and you should always quote the power
