If GG027 Hulk "throws" Namor, can Namor then charge 7 squares instead of 4? (Because of the 'replace then modify' rule)
HULK THROW DEFENDERS!: Characters possessing the Defenders keyword or team ability who begin an action adjacent to Hulk may modify their speed value by +3. If they choose to do so, they can't use the Carry ability and after actions resolve, give them an additional action token; if you can't, deal them 1 unavoidable damage instead.
Maybe you can help me on another matter? I'm wondering with "double characters" like Hydra Officer: when do you decide which of the two versions you wanna use? Before or after your opponent' has revealed his force?

That would be decided during force construction. You have to pick one dial and play that one through the entire tournament.

I'm not disagreeing with you; rules is rules is rules, but when this mechanic was first introduced in Horrorclix and you could switch sides between games, it was one of the more fun silly little aspects of that game that was never fully explored. I don't see it as being terribly unbalancing where it allowed here.
It's not, though! Don't get me wrong. It'd just be neat is all. Maybe there's some costing factor involved, I dunno.
