Well the question you've got to ask is are they both uniques? Do they both have a silver or gold ring?

If so, then you can only have one of a unique with the same name on your team. So IC U-Spidey #150 and XP U-Spidey #093 would not be able to be on the same team.

Like all great heroes..... I never really left.
