Can anone tell me where it is that is states that RCE acan only be used against one target. We thought that if you have t lighting bolts, that you cold use RCE against two targets. Lowering the damage to one, then adding the + 2. I have seen on some of the boards here that some people say it is for single targets only. PLease tell me where so I can find it and show it to my friends.

Right on the powers card. "Ranged Combat Expert. This character adds 2 to their damage for successful single-target ranged combat attacks." The key term being "single-target".

From the PAC: "This figure adds 2 to their damage for successful SINGLE-TARGET ranged combat attacks. This power does not work with other super powers(such as Super Strength or Enhancement)

on the powers and abillity card. It says: "This character adds 2 to his damage when making successful single-target ranged combat attacks"

It will clear it up when they come over. I will have to print out the PAC. Im new to the game. Still learining the rules.
