If I have 3 figures with perplex can I perplex someones damage value up 3 notches?

Also, I know you can't use perplex and RCE together but can you use running shot and perplex together?

1) yep

2) You cant use any power (except Probability control) with CCE or RCE so you can use it with running shot. You could even add to your range with your running shot or your movement (if you were 1 area shy).

Blizzard pulse-waves the Artists to their Perplex clicks. All 3 Perplex Mandarin's damage up to 6. Goblin taxis Mandarin 10 squares out, then Perplexes M's dmg to 7. M Outwit's whatever Defensive power he wishes on the target and shoots for 7 clicks.

Now, it gets uglier: Mandarin can push on the next turn, to Outwit and attack again (for normal damage), while Goblin can push without fear thanks to Willpower to carry them both back to the medic to be healed AND put M back in Perplex range again.

I lost a Rookie ultron and a Vet Colossus to this nasty little combo.... *sniff*
