What is the exact ruling with Barrier and multiple targets. Someone told me that you can spread your Barrier depending on how many Targets you have. i.e. : a fig with two targets could make a barrier split up in two ???? I haven't seen anything in the official FAQ, so if anyone knows anything about it ?????

Barrier is a movement action, plain and simple, you can only make one movement action in a turn, thusone barrier.

Pardon the pun, but whoever told you that is a LUNATIK!

From the PAC:"Give this character a move action but do not move him. This character creates 4 squares of blocking terrain anywhere within the characters range. Place 4 barrier markers on the map using the following guidelines: all 4 squares of blocking terrain MUST BE IN SQUARES ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER (emphasis added) and they cannot be placed in the same square as a character, object or terrain feature"

Multiple lightning bolts only speak to ATTACK actions, and Barrier is CLEARLY part of a MOVE action.
