Ok, so I'm playing a 300pt team and of my team, 9 characters have perplex. I use my thug to throw into the frey, but with perplex...apparently i can give him up to +9 clicks of damage to any figure. Now, i find this to be fair, but fellow clickers feel that i can make any insignificant figure as strong as superman. Is there a limit? Are there Any restrictions!?

No, there are no limits as to how high you can perplex a number on the figures combat dial. The only real restriction is line of sight and within 10 range.

Fortunately for you (and unfortunately for others), there is currently no limit to perplex.

Although I would typically not up the damage that much. Try to judge it based on how many clicks the target has, up the damage to try to take them out and also pump up the Thug's attack to make sure you hit.
