Or those who remember the best April 1st game of 2011, I have been trying to figure out how to duplicate that experience while still keeping things interesting (every player was a Jester/PGO Maker... There was a lot of death).
The players had a lot of un with it, but since I could never run it again 1:1 with the same effect, I have to find a way to tweak it so that there is still a challenge for the players.
I tried making a complicated Day Inventor power, but that did not seem to interest many, so I have come up with a new scenario that I would like some input on:
Every player but 1 is a Jester Bomb/PGO maker (no one can target themselves at night). If anyone is lynched, a random player on the lynch train will be killed (you can vote for yourself, but you might bomb yourself). However, if no one is lynched, a random player who either has not voted, or has voted for the player with the least amount of votes will be mod killed.
1 player will be a Serial Killer. The SK will always be chosen as the random kill if he qualifies. The SK has night immunity. The SK will always have his action go through last at night. The SK only gets credit for a kill if his target would otherwise survive the night. The SK wins when his kill count equals or is greater than the amount of players left. When the SK wins, the game is over. If the SK is lynched, every remaining player wins.
