I had it on SG on a GLA team: the craziest thing was when she had plus 1 and I chose PW to do 4 to an adjacent Chase Loki. My opponent and I almost couldn't finish the game for laughing.

As far as characters that get the most out of it, SR Gladiator is a pretty great choice.
