I'm presently above the playoff line for my group, but on the border.
All the Special Object text has been included after my dials, so we now both have an easy reference. The Accelerator is the only complex one. On this map, the Step Ladder is just an LO that isn't hindering for movement, and the Dynamostat is blocking instead of Hindering when it's sitting on the map, but you can still pick it up.
As far as Camo vs. Negative Zone, that's a great question - let's see if I can dig up an answer...
Turns out the Player Guide specifically addresses this!

Susan Richard’s character card has a point cost of 120.
Although Susan Richards ignores terrain for her ranged attacks when she uses To the Negative Zone, characters can still use terrain for the attack. For example, a character with Camouflage would still have lines of fire to it blocked.
