I figure it's easier to just use physical dice or whatever you'd like, I'm not really concerned with it unless it starts to get ridiculous. I believe in the good of other people for now...
So anyway, your roll got you an appropriate choice. Your team's starting scenario is "Murder Mystery"!
The Cover Phase: A prominent local politician has gone missing, many believing him dead. Batman, after learning that the politician was indeed killed, decides it's time to take to the streets with his family in tow to find some answers. Why does this politician mean so much to Batman? Stay tuned to find out!
The scenario: Map is Metropolis (using the HCUtils). You'll be taking your whole team, to start. The special rules are as follows: "The main villain will not be placed at the start. Every time a team takes out a lackey, roll a D6 and add +1 for every lackey killed. On a result of 9 or more, place the villain where the last lackey died. On his turn, he will attempt to escape the map. This game will only last 16 turns."

I rolled a 3 for Bystanders, so we also have a Paper Boy (A), a Security Guard (B), and a Metropolis Transit Driver (C) joining us.
Right. Turn 1:
Leadership roll for the team leader, Batman: 6
3 actions this turn.
Batman throws a batarang at Lackey 2, at R12. 3,5 +10 =18 vs. DV 15+1, a hit for 3. Robin follows up with his own attack. 3,4 +10 =17 vs. DV 13+1, a hit for 2 and KO. Batgirl moves into stealth on S8.
Criminal #7 takes some shots at the Metropolis Bus Driver as he exits his vehicle, but thanks to hiding behind a door, he manages to stay alive and well (needed a 6, rolled a 5).
Lackey #3 sees his partner go down, and assuming the worst, runs behind the paper boy and holds him by the throat in front of himself (moves from O6 to R2).
The paper boy struggles to get free, and cannot break the scum's hold on him. He yelps for help, for a savior (Rolled a 2 for breakaway).
The Transit Driver does the first thing to come to his mind and jumps right back in the vehicle, to try and figure out what to do next (moves from O22 to P22).
Apologies for not posting earlier today, I've been out of the house and very busy.
So:
In a practiced maneuver, Batgirl throws a smoke bomb at the Lackey, disorienting him and allowing Batman to get close unseen. Meanwhile, the reckless Robin runs off on his own after the sound of gunshots. He climbs a swingline onto the roof of the bus and crouches there gargoyle-like, grinning wickedly down at the Criminal.
(In other words: Another Leadership roll of 6 for Batman, allowing him to remove a token from Robin and giving me 3 actions. Batgirl pushes to use Smoke Cloud and gain Perplex, then uses that to increase the Paper Boy's defense. Batman Leap/Climbs to T3, taking no pushing damage due to Willpower. Robin Leap/Climbs to P21. Your turn.)
Ah, thank you for the action tokens, I forgot! So now, Turn 2!
At the sound of a smoke bomb, Criminal #8 rushes onto the scene (moves from I3 to O3).
Criminal #6 rushes down into some cover, upon seeing Robin (moves from G18 to N18).
Criminal #7 reloads, and Lackey #3 continues to grab the young delivery boy while nervously searching around him (both clear).
The Security Guard rushes upstairs in panic (moves from D3 to B2). The Paper Boy dares not move, for both fear and awe of his surroundings. The Transit Driver also continues to keep his head down (both clear).
The smoke clears, revealing the not-yet-legendary Batman, whose billowing cape gives him the appearance of some winged monster. He fixes Lackey #3 with a glare and roars: "Let the boy go. NOW!"
Robin clings flat to the roof of the bus so as to present as narrow of a target for the gunman as possible, while Batgirl retrieves some Batarangs from her belt.
(Another leadership roll of 6! I'm beginning to suspect this die is loaded or something.
Not that it matters, because everyone must clear this turn. Smoke Cloud ends, Batgirl continues to Perplex up the Paper Boy's defense.)
Lackey #3 looks at Batman with a confused, yet angry stare. He diverts his attention from the young lad and charges toward the costumed stranger (moves from R2 to S3).
Lackey #4 hears some commotion and cautiously advances into some cover, to better view the situation (moves from K13 to N9).
Criminal #8 hesitates until traffic lets up, as does Criminal #6 (both clear).
The Transit Driver jumps from his vehicle and makes a mad dash across the street, nearly getting hit (moves from P22 to R22). The Paper Boy, now free from the thug's grasp, throws caution to the wind and bolts away, stepping into traffic for a brief moment before running across a side street (moves from R3 to R6). The Security Guard surveys his surroundings and hopes he can summon the courage to defend himself (clears).
Batgirl takes careful aim before throwing a Batarang at Lackey #3, causing him to flinch and stumble right into the grasp of the Batman. Then she momentarily steps out of her hiding place to wave the Paper Boy towards her. "Over here!" she calls out, putting on her most friendly-looking smile in the hopes of reassuring him at least a little.
Receiving Batgirl's "gift", Batman forcefully guides his motion while he's still off balance: he interposes a hooked leg, yanks him off his feet and slams him into the pavement on his back.
As he stands up, Batman then turns toward Criminal #8, giving him a look that clearly says "you're next."
(Leadership roll 4. 2 actions this turn.
Batgirl Perplexes up her own attack and attacks Lackey #3. 2,5+9=16, hit for 2 damage. Batman also attacks the Lackey, 1,3+10 is a bare hit. 3 damage and KO. Your turn.)
Criminal #6 opens fire on Robin, but the shots lodge harmlessly in the vehicle below him (needed an 11, rolled a 3).
Criminal #8 also opens fire on Batman, but the look in Batman's eyes frightens him and he can't land the shot (needed a 9, rolled and 8).
Lackey #4 continues to survey the fight, and eyes the Paper Boy as his next target (clears).
The Paper Boy hesitates at the sight of yet another masked vigilante, but steadily regains his senses (clears). The Transit Driver has to catch his breath from his run across the busy street, clearly not used to this kind of running (clears). The Security Guard, courage bolstered due to the fallen lackey a few streets down, runs down to try to assist how he can (moves from B2 to E2).
In quick succession, Batgirl and Batman throw flashbangs at Criminal # 8, leaving him dazed and near-blind.
Robin rolls across the roof of the bus hoping to get into Criminal 6's dead angle, then throws a weighted Batarang at Criminal #7. The purpose is to knock him out while he's reloading, but the aim is slightly off and it ends up winging him instead.

Batgirl Perplexes down Criminal 8's Defense, and Batman Incapacitates him. 1,5 +10 =16 vs 14, hit for an action token and 1 pushing damage.
Robin attacks Criminal 7: 4,6 +10 =20 vs. 15+1, a hit for 2 damage.
Batgirl clears.
