you need mystics and unavoidable types of damage.
Loki, Morgan La Fey, and Victoria Hand can take him with positioning at the 300 level. if playing golden age use the new Hawkeye. t-bolt him to mystics and and someone from the city of villians Arachnos team. Ghost Widdow is a great support taxi. Hakeye can wildcard Arachnos and then deals two points to them every time they hit him. (or Taskmaster, or any T-bolt with a wildcard team ability) The idea is to get positioning and make them think twice about charging in. throw Mindwarp on there to give you T-bolt supersenses and block lines of fire.

If you're suggesting T-bolting to Mystics and then Wildcarding to Arachnos, that's not legal:
"Wild cards cannot use a team ability if they are already using an
identical mechanic through another game effect."
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
“No matter how subtle the wizard, a knife between the shoulder blades will seriously cramp his style.”
