Astral strange, Break-away from him and to be engaged again, a tricky situation
Astral Strange (A) is adjacent to an enemy with charge (B)
C, friendly to A, is the charging range of B
B doesn't need to break away to go awy from A but if in the movement he walk in square adjacent to A he engages him again?
re-reading the rules on break-away and the special power of astral dr.strange i believe so:
-the rule says that if you succesful roll the break away you can freely move through squares adjacent to character you broke away
-therefore i thought that ONLY if you roll the dice succesfully you cannot be again engaged with that character
-you don't need to break away when adjacent to astral strange
-so you didn't rolled the dice, then you can move away from him but if you move in a square adjacent to him you are engaged again
I also thought that to prevent this the power should have been worded like that: "opponents succeed automatically in the break-away roll from astral dr. strange"
But since it's not worded in that way i suppose my reasoning is right, tricky but right

(Special) Intangible and Invisible: Astral Dr. Strange does not require opponents to break away, does not block line of fire, cannot have damage transferred to it by Mastermind or be the target of Perplex, and may be given a move action as a free action once during your turn.

2012 RULEBOOK pg.8 : Only one successful break away roll is required to move away from all adjacent opposing characters or other game effects that may require break away from that square. Once a character successfully breaks away, it can move through squares adjacent to every opposing character or game effect from which it broke away;
INTANGIBLE AND INVISIBLE: Astral Dr. Strange does not require opponents to break away, does not block line of fire, cannot have damage transferred to it by Mastermind or be the target of Perplex, and may be given a move action as a free action once during your turn.
Essentially, if you don't break away from ADS, then when you move into another square adjacent to him, you need to stop your movement, even if you started adjacent to him. It says that you don't need to break away, but not that you ignore him for movement purposes.
Be good to see how this is ruled.

then? you agree with me (no break-away is rolled, you can engage him again if you move adjacent to him) or not?
i'm not sarcastic, i really don't understand the meaning of your answer
You could choose to roll breakaway, since it's not required but also not prohibited, and move the character through the adjacent squares, if successful.
