Modify this character’s defense value by +1 against ranged combat attacks. A friendly character that is larger and adjacent can use the Carry ability to carry up to one [TINY] character, does not reduce its speed value for doing so and can continue to use the Carry ability if it can normally. This ability can’t be countered.
Played in a game last night and the person claimed:
1) that tiny characters do not block line of sight
2) they break away automatically
3) opposing characters can break away from them automatically
Did I miss a rule book release or is he full of it?
4) Should I have a long talk with the Judge that drunk this guys cool-aid and ruled in he favor because he thought he read it on the Realms also?

Seriously, though, only #1 is technically correct.
Smaller characters do not block line of fire for larger character. Tiny characters would only block LOF for other Tiny characters.

1.Tiny Size will only block LOF between two other Tiny Size figures.
2.Tiny Size breaks away normally.
3.Tiny Size requires normal break away.
4.You should probably point out to the judge that those rulings aren't actually supported by the rules, or just ask him to look here for clarification.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
“No matter how subtle the wizard, a knife between the shoulder blades will seriously cramp his style.”
Look at the PAC, just above the Damage Powers section.

The damage symbol represents the character’s size. characters are smaller than characters who are smaller than characters who are smaller than characters. Smaller characters do not block the line of fire drawn to or from larger characters.

He may have read it on the Realms, but a lot of stuff you read on the Realms could be wrong, depending which area of the Realms you're reading.
...like the Units section?
