Finally a new Wally! And in Flash form too! (not KF) I like how he starts off as a supporter/secondary attacker and then changes into an armor piercer. Those 8's for his AV at the end are a little disappointing but oh well. And just for clarification, with his "So fast you didnt see the hits", if he charges in, he has to choose between EW and Flurry. He can't use both I don't think. Very good flash though!

Wally > Barry, A whole generation grew up with Wally. Barry should have stayed dead, comic book deaths are so cheap now-a-days. Who cares if Johns likes Barry.

You can't use both regardless. In addition, notice that he can only use EW when he charges. He can't charge in, EW, and EW again next turn (unless he breakaway charges). Props to it being Wally and definitely a good flash.

good overall. however the needed to remove the second sentence of his speed power and just overlap with is damage power

like him alot and because he's a titan i need him, however i think this is Bart Allen not Wally West. my reason is that wally was never a cop but bart was. this could be from when bart was the flash right before he died. makes sense too because jay garret promotes to him and jay raised him.

Not sure about the comics, but in the Justice League and JLU Cartoons he was a cop, because Barry's background was used but a younger character like wally was wanted to lighten the mood. Just like how they used John instead of Hal, because they needed a minority.

I'd complain that their should be some Super Senses tact on to his willpower or combat reflexes or both, but I'm just so happy they made a new Wally. With the DC universe getting rid of him I thought I'd never see my favorite hero clixed again!

i hear ya with that i was hoping that theyd make him again.he was a founding father of the teen titans so he's definitely my favorite flash.

I still don't understand why they give speedsters such low attack values, though. How do you dodge a fist that's moving at the speed of light?

What's more ridiculous is someone who moves at the speed of light or faster than the speed of light to even see where he's going. Let alone dodge explosive shrapnel or rocks when moving so fast. At that speed he should be break all his bones punching anything. Speed Force is PIS.
