We enjoyed our Av X games so much we've decided to play one more using the Justice League divided into Superman and Batman teams.
This will appear like a normal game, 8 figures on board each, 5K total, using our normal replacement rules. Where things differ is if an attack of 7 is rolled that attacking figure will automatically go into the Duel.
The Duel. If a figure rolls a 7 he may complete his turn or decide to pass on that attack and take the token from his duel attack (if he doesn't pass this figure will end this turn with two tokens, one for the initial attack in the main game, one for the duel. For this one turn alone the figure may have three tokens and is pushed accordingly). He then chooses a character within 25 points of his cost (or two within that cost) and that character and the opposing one(s) go to a separate map and complete the duel until a victor emerges. Once that occurs they return to the starting area of the original map on the same click with the same number of tokens.
Once a duel is initiated we place the aggressor on the middle rows of the map and roll a 6 sided die and subtract 2. That is the number of squares apart the figures must be.
We've added another twist called Traitor which will apply only to the remaining original JLA: Wonder Woman, Hal Jordan, Barry Allen, Martian Manhunter and Aquaman. They receive a Traitor token every turn. After three tokens they roll a 12 sided die. A roll of 1-4 nothing occurs, 5-8 free attack on their closest opponent, 9-12 free attack on the closest ally of their current team (moving to an adjacent square freely in both cases). The next turn they return to their respective allegiance.
Game 1 is flyingicarus taking Superman's team with Gargantua getting Batman's. Game 2 we reverse. Each game plays to 2500 points. Between the pair of games we each may only use a character once. I can use Booster Gold once, so can Gargantua etc. And on we go...

Lana Lang continues, "It's amazing to hear it but Batman and Superman have decided to discontinue their work relationship due to what is being termed 'philosophical differences'.
"The JLA are reacting by picking sides it seems," Lois adds, "What is this world coming to when even the Justice League can't agree?".
"It is time for Superman to grow up," Diana said. "His black and white worldview is naive."
"I know, right?" the Flash said. "I mean Batman may have a stick up his..."
"Flash!" Ice gasped.
"Sorry. But you know what I mean. He's ready to do what's needed."
"I know. If the League's got to split, then I'm with the Bat," John Stewart said.
"And do you agree, Boston?" Zatanna asked.
"Yeah, pretty much," Deadman said to her as he floated near her head.
"Z, are you talking to a city?" Fire asked her.
"No. A ghost."
"Of course you are," Fire shook her head. Being a superhero, you saw a lot of strange things, but some things were harder to get used to than others.
"I sense others here," the Martian Manhunter said with alarm.
"Spies? Infiltrators from Superman's allies?" Red Tornado asked.
"I doesn't seem his style," the Flash said, rounding the corner first. "Uh, Wonder Woman? I think you should see this."
"Batman on our world is one of my closest friends. Great Hera, may he listen to reason," the other Wonder Woman said. Other Justice Leaguers followed her.
"We'd offer no as as answer but we know you only learn the hard way," this world's Wonder Woman said.
"Get ready, League," John Stewart said. "We're in for a fight."
You have Firestorm and Wonder Woman in row 17 on your recap, but the map and post shows them in 16. Also, do me a favor and clarify in your recap that the Firestorm you're using is #10. Since we're still on the first page it was easy enough to scroll back to the top and see which one it was in your OP, but once we spill over onto page 2, it will be more inconvenient.

"Nothing boosts morale like a little first strike, and first strikes are my specialty," the Flash said. He ran up and over the mountain, and straight at Firestorm. The Nuclear Man transmuted the air in front of him into a wall, and the Flash barely turned aside in time to avoid splattering himself on it.
"Maybe next time, eh Flash?" Firestorm said.
"Absolutely," the Flash said in retreat. "Fool me once, shame on you..."
All mix ups corrected. Suppose we should post the second JLA game too.
Or not....there's no rush. Maybe I'll get it going tomorrow.
Also updated WW's traitor tokens, this turn gives her 3. She rolls for that: 7, free attack on closest opponent. It's a good news/bad news thing. J'onn is closest but he has sc. SC is 5. Now she can move on her own. Can she break? 5. Grabs the LO in N10 and charges to M6 attacking Reddy (sorry but he's the only one who makes sense given her choices). Needs 7, rolls 6. Never mind.
Steel flies to O12 attacking Zee for lack of a better choice. Needs 7 + 1, rolls 2. Grrrrr.
Shazam moves in place, a push.
