Oracle + IG = How does the TK work?

Oracle has a nice trait

The question is :Can Oracle TK "A" in "B",using her trait to count range and line of fire through the square of "A"?

I have an answer,but I don't want to influence any reasoning with mine.

Oracle could draw LOF to A and B (and be within 8 squares), but A and B would not be able to do so... and TK doesn't work unless all three involved parties can draw LOF to each other and are within 8 squares.

Read the rules. They do a body good!
