I was planning a team of Jinku, Crystal, CW016 Wasp and x2 Lava Man. My doubt is if Wasp's special Trait which gives exploit weakness to all figures with 2 power or less. I can use this exploit weakness to make the Lava Men poison penetrating damage?

No. Exploit weakness is a close combat action while poison is a completely different free action. Their effects don't overlap.

CYBERNETIC WASP GOGGLES: Wasp and friendly characters within 3 squares and line of fire that share a keyword with Wasp can use Exploit Weakness if their printed damage value is 2 or less.

Agree, Poison and Exploit Weakness don't work at the same time.
Plus for the power to work, they have to share a keyword, which Jinku and the Lava Men do not.

It would work grant Exploit Weakness for Crystal's on her last two clicks.

BFC = Battle Field Condition. These are cards from older sets that are no longer part of Modern Age Play. diciple gave the wordage of the Armor Wars BFC. You can find it in the Units section.

Better to use the Players Guide.

The Units section can (and does) have errors and outdated wording sometimes. While it is a fantastic resource for team building, I recommend never using it for rules/text purposes.
