Just a couple of small questions... Can a wild card, you know, wild card Future Foundation TA from Mr Fantastic?
If not, then why can a wild card wild card a Thunderbolts TA. It's pretty much the same wording.
- Thunderbolts -
"Once at the beginning of the game, choose any one Marvel team ability other than an alternate team ability, a wild card team ability, or a team ability that can't be used by wild cards. Characters using this team ability can use the chosen team ability if they can't already."
- Future Foundation -
"Friendly characters possessing the Fantastic Four team ability can't use that team ability. Instead, they can use the following team ability: FUTURE FOUNDATION TA: When a character using this team ablility takes 2 or more damage from an opponent's attack, give the attacking character an action token after actions resolve. If you can't, deal them 1 unavoidable damage."
Sounds like someone told you that Thunderbolts cannot be copied. Unless a ATA or TA specifically says, "cannot be copied.", there is no reason a Wild Card cannot copy that ATA or TA. Therefore, both Thunderbolts and Future Foundation are copyable.
Just occurred to me, it is possible someone told you a wildcard does not posses the TA or ATA, in which case that would be true. When Spider-Man copies the Skrull TA, he is using it but does not posses it. In the case of Thunderbolts, Spider-Man may be using the Thunderbolt ATA, but he does not posses it or the keyword, therefore he cannot count towards things like Theme team.
Wild Cards cannot copy the Future Foundation TA, as no character currently actually possesses it. If a character ever actually possessed it, it could be copied.
The Thunderbolts ATA can be copied as well, but lets say you select Avengers Initiative as the team ability for Thunderbolts, and nobody on your team possesses Avengers Initiative. Wild Cards could copy the Thunderbolts ATA and gain Avengers Initiative, but none of them could copy Avengers Initiative itself as Thunderbolts only lets people use the chosen TA.

Really good points. I was so focused on the copying character, I forgot the fact the copied character must posses the TA or ATA being copied.
So I'm still confused as some are saying yes and at least one is saying no.
I mean to me, I would have to say yes.. but I'm not a judge. I mean the people at my venue are always wildcarding the TA given by Thunderbolts. Even though the wording is the same as the one for Future Foundation. Further more, neither of them say that can't be copied (which is what Suttkus had said).
Also, the Future foundation seems like it replaces the F4 team ability. I'm not understanding why it couldn't be copied anyways.
I would say mithmyrr is correct. In the case of Thunderbolt, you could copy the Thunderbolt but not the team ability they are copying since they do not posses it.
In the case of Furture Foundation, since no one posses the new TA, wild cards cannot copy it. Interesting point, you could play a team of wild cards with FF characters. The FF characters have the Future Foundation ATA, but the wild cards are using the original FF TA; since the FF do posses the TA even though they themselves cannot use it.

But then what would be the point of wildcarding Thunderbolts without being able get the TA?
Okay, I sort of get why most Wildcards can't use Future Foundation. The Wildcard could copy the ATA, but because the Wildcard does not possess the normal F4 ability, the effects of the ATA do not come into play. (Clearly F4 Spidey could Wildcard the ATA, but he's probably already possessing it.)
For Thunderbolts though, the Team Ability that is picked at the beginning of the game should be available for Wildcards, since "Characters using this team ability can use the chosen team ability if they can't already."
The wild card copies the Thunderbolts ATA. That then allows them to use the team ability selected by the Thunderbolts team at the beginning of the game.

ADDITIONAL TEAM ABILITIES
.... These team abilities are possessed by the qualifying characters and can be used by wild cards (unless the ATA specifies otherwise). ...
They don't copy the selected team ability directly.
Future Foundation isn't an ATA. It's just a team ability granted by some guy's trait, with nobody possessing it.

Thanks MoomPix. I learn best by interacting, but wish I had more time to look things up, otherwise I might have noticed that ATAs are possed.
