I like the incap cant see playing him too much though
I agree, he seems very nichey, but I can see some fun strategies with him, especially since most people won't be familiar with him or his power. Pair him up with a character you want to get hit, like Bombastic Bagman, a Mystics character, or a character who gets better down their dial. That way they have to attack a character they wouldn't otherwise.
What a bizarre piece! I love it for the sheer oddness of making some unusual powers work. The Trait is a mixed blessing that works better when an opponent's team is small and they don't have many options - do note that if you are spending your 60 point piece to let your opponent choose where to put a token, they had better not have an easy answer (like a free Bystander with no tokens).
He's basically a "protected Outwitter" who can use chumps not only take the damage, but the entire attack! He does suffer from the "what am I protecting" syndrome, since he doesn't personally contribute much and you might wonder why bother. Even his Energy Explosions are mild. On the other hand, park him next to a Mystic ally or another unappealing target and you'll have an Outwit nobody wants to deal with. You can even let them hit him to expose a late-breaking RCE nobody will see coming - without even giving up the Mastermind.

Gotta give props to the dapper dude here. He greatly assisted my Month 2 Fear Itself Team in going 3-0 for second place alongside ASM Rhino, Tyr and Iron Fist. Decent stretch of Outwit for 60 points, and his 11AV incap came in handy more than once, even if the token went to my opponent's choice. First time I'll say this, "8AV and 5 clicks of life was worth every bit of those 60 points".
