Heroclix is happening in Perth, WA! Tactics and Good Games are running Heroclix events in Perth and this thread is dedicated to keeping you guys in the loop and updated.

The Heroclix game will be demonstrated at Tactics on Saturday, November 3, 10am to 1:30pm.

This will be an ideal opportunity for those interested and new to the game to come along to see how the game is played, get to know game mechanics, strategies, team building, and getting the most out of any single figure. This will also be a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the game and have them answered by a long-term collector and player of the game, and another player still relatively new to the game themself.

If you're familiar with the game, then feel free to bring along a team constructed from your collection at the 300 point level. Alternatively you may purchase some booster packs from Tactics and use figures from those to build your team.

This is a social/non-competitive event in lead up to Wizkids approved Official Play for prizes as part of Wizkids' "No Man's Land" event beginning late November/early December, running over a number of months.

Attached: 250pt Dormammu stares down WL Sinestrp after making short work of JL52 Mera, only one part of the action that had taken place at the Heroclix Demonstration event at Tactics WA today.

A good number of players turned up for a few games including two new players interested in the game; they were given freebies from the DC 10th Anniversary set.

We're going to have a good number of players involved in the upcoming 'No Man's Land' tournament event which we hope to start in early December.

No Man's Land Month One OP event
When: Saturday, December 15, 10:00am - 3:30pm (finishing time may be earlier depending on number of participants/registrations)

Entry: $5

The format for the Month One Event is a 300 point, Sealed event utilising two (2) DC HeroClix: Batman Boosters per player. Participants will purchase their two (2) DC HeroClix: Batman Boosters once registered and construct a team using characters from those two booster packs.

Special rules:

- Theme team bonuses (i.e. + to initiative rolls, team Probability Control, etc.) will not be utilised;
- players may bring and include one character from another Modern Age set (you may go to the following website to see which sets are currently Modern Age and what will be legal for use on the day: http://www.hcrealms.com/index.php?page=units) in their teams for the event, but this character must cost 75 points or less (this is optional; participants are not obliged to include this character in their teams);
- no Relics, Special Objects or Resources (e.g. Crimson Gem of Cytorrak, Scorpio Key or the Infinity Gauntlet).

Players will fill in a registration/participation sheet which will indicate which gang (Batman, GCPD, Joker, Killer Croc, Black Mask, or Two-Face) they have pledged allegiance to (this will be your gang for the entire NML series, so pledge wisely!). We'll try and avoid everyone choosing the same gang so diversity will be encouraged. The registration sheet will also include a score tally which will be used at the end of the event to determine the winner and which gang has taken control of Blackgate Prison, the first area up for grabs in this epic gang war.

Prizes: TBA (for 1st, 2nd, and Fellowship, plus participation prizes)

I've heard something about a delay with the Batman stock coming to Australia (thanks to our national distributor) but I'm confident we'll still be having our NML Month One event on December 15.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Just chiming in again. No news has come through that will affect our Month One NML event, so at this stage it's all system go.

I'm told that Batman Heroclix will arrive at Tactics later this week, so yes, the event is still on the given date.

Congratulations to Nigel (pictured) who took out the Month One NML event at Tactics earlier today, claiming Blackgate Prison for the Joker gang.
