WizKids has launched the "WizKids Wire", as a direct-to-store email intended "to have another means of getting information out to all of our retail partners and player community." Retailers can receive the WizKids Wire by registering with the WES; and opting to receive email.
I think Superman would be underpowered for the points as printed. But if it turns out he does have a trait, as his base would suggest, he might even out. I'd be curious to see if they can fix this at this point in the development of this piece.
It most likely is one of the team packs that are part of the CTD. Also, wouldn't have made since to give them each the 'trinity' KW since they all come together in a triple team pack, just saying.
This post may help folk make more sense of it all.

But is Superman supposed to have a trait or not? We are supposed to always go by the base and the base says he has a trait so that means I just get to make one up right
If so mine will easily have to do with pop tarts and kiddy cats.

We're going to send the very first DC HeroClix: Streets of Gotham preview to your store and let you share that information with your customers
is that preview going to be a picture, like in the pdf, or actual hands-on stuff. Because pictures don't mean much, in my honest opinion, due to how fast info is spread on the internet. Is any store going to be able to build excitement about this team pack now than the image can easily be found on hcrealms? I'm not so sure.
sending stores an actual batmobile would be wicked awesome. I'd love to touch one and see one in person. It might actually get me to pre-order something for the set, if I had the money, and the pre-order date isn't too far away or already behind us.
What generates the most excitement? hands-on. Whenever people hear about a wizkids staff member going to a shop, everyone online requests photos of figures shown. People that were there post about their experiences. Interest and excitement for the game grows. A photo don't mean much anymore. Tomorrow, I doubt I'll even think about the team pack, other than the notion that I don't need another B, W, and S.
and hands-on stuff makes great marketing items for non-heroclix players who stroll by and see this awesome looking item and ask what game it is for. a photo cannot do that.
