Situation:

2 friendly figures, A and B.

1 opposing figure, C.

Figures A and B can both see C, but not each other.

Figure A has perplex and uses it to reduce C's defence value from printed value of 15, to 14. A attacks and is sucessful, C takes a click of damage and his printed defence drops to 14.

My question is, if B now attacks C, does the printed defence value of 14 apply, or is his defence still said to be reduced, now down to 13, by A's perplex?

I could probaly have explained that in a much clearer way, but hopefully you get the idea.

Perplex will end when one of 3 things happens:

1) End of current turn.
2) Target of Perplex gets healed.
3) Target of Perplex takes click(s) of damage

So, once figure C was hit and takes a click of damage... Perplex would no longer be affecting it. Figure B would have to attack Figure C at his printed Defense value of 14.
