Well cheap BCF is always nice but other than that he doesn't have much going for him other than being a taxi. I would've liked it to have been costed around 50.

I agree 300% percent with this statement, nothing more to add.

This guy is highly playable and useful if only because there is a major, major lack of taxis and TK-cannons in Middle-earth. He's not very good for normal clix games but I foresee him being a must-have monster even on LotR teams that have no characters with the Dol Godur keyword; finally being able to taxi around the Uruks and Forces of Sauron is just that great and he is cheaper than any other "bad guy" for the job. His charging blade attack means he might just earn his 65 points back, too.
