Can someone explain to me how there are Prime pieces in the new Batman set? How are these different from Chases? Are they supposed to be Super Duper Rares or something? (Mind you, I have no plans to buy any of the set.)

I mean, I'd like to get GL Batman, but that's not a big deal. Otherwise, Booster Gold, the 200 point Batman to say that I have him, and Big Barda kinda wraps it up for me. Maybe a few other CURs, depending.

GL Batman is one of the 5 chases. The sculpt actually looks pretty darned cool, and the character actually appeared in comics for more than 1 panel.

Where did they preview this?

EDIT: nvm, found them. I think GL and Speeding Bullets bats are the only two I want.

oh i saw Wreck-It Ralf this past weekend too. i give it two thumbs up.

As I understand it, the Primes are a variant of a character that are a bit more rare than the corresponding figure, but not as rare as the next tier. A Common Prime figure is not as common as the other Common figures, but it is more common than an Uncommon figure. Does that make sense?
Chases are the same as far as I can tell.
