So we were talking a lot about Batman Beyond, and I decided to start with some villains! First up is my favorite, Mr. Freeze of the future! Yes, largely a suped up version of his latest version (In some regards) but I likes it.

Frozen Solid: Mr. Freeze may target characters that have two action tokens with incapacitate. If hit, that character is dealt 1 unavoidable damage and cannot make free actions until it clears.
The Cold Eyes of Winter: Mr. Freeze cannot be targeted by Incapacitate.
Some momentary discomfort: Mr. Freeze can use Barrier and Incapacitate. When using barrier, Mr. Freeze can place up to 8 barrier tokens.

Focused Blast: Shriek can use Pulsewave. When doing so, his damage is locked at 2, and three sides of the square Shriek occupies of your choosing are considered walls.

I wont bite: Spellbinder does not take damage from mind control, can use it at a range of 6, and may target friendly characters as well.
Knocked off: Spellbinder possesses Mind Control and Earthbound/Neutralized
Intense illusions: Spellbinder can use Barrier. He may use it as a free action after hitting a character with Mind Control.

Thanks! I've never gotten that before! I did base it on the current Mr. Freeze (Who is AMAZING) but pumped it up. That suit in Batman Beyond was awesome and felt this should reflect that.

Love Shriek and the focused blast special. I think spellbinder should have shape change (at least one click) and he'd be perfect.
