There has been a Wonder Woman story before the Infinite Crisis event where they battled, but that wasn't a kill-or-be-killed battle. Diana was trying to bring Superman back to his senses.
So in a no-holds-barred, fight to the very end, everything on the table battle between these two titans, what happens?
ps-I searched for a threat like this but didn't find one. I am disapointed.
Didn't Wonder Woman cut Superman's throat and then break Max Lord's neck? That was her solution to bring Superman back to his senses.
That is one of my favorite fights in comics. I'm a huge Wonder Woman fan so I'm going to pick her. She has been trained in many forms of combat. She also has an arsenal of magic weapons. Superman has the supreme power set but his fighting skill is lacking.

Lord uses his powers to influence Superman's mind, causing him to brutally beat Batman in the belief that he is Brainiac. Lord subsequently sends Superman to attack Wonder Woman after making him believe that she is his old enemy Doomsday trying to find Lois Lane to kill her. Lord justifies the resulting destruction as proof of his argument about the dangers of superhumans, pointing out the devastation that Wonder Woman and Superman could cause if they fought in a crowded area and with the fact that Superman can be brought under another's control as evidence that they cannot be relied upon. In the midst of her battle with Superman, Diana realizes that even if she defeats him, he would still remain under Lord's absolute mental control. She creates a diversion lasting long enough for her to race back to Lord's location and demand that he tell her how to free Superman from his control. Bound by her lasso of truth, Lord replies, "Kill me." Wonder Woman then snaps his neck (The OMAC Project, 2005). In response, Brother Eye broadcasts the footage of Wonder Woman killing Lord all over the world, destroying her reputation and her friendship with Batman and Superman who reject her despite the fact that she saved their lives.
I think it depends, mostly on who's attacking first. If it's the Big Blue Cheese then he will have a big advantage, but not necessarily a sure win. If he attacks first, then it will depend on whether or not it's a surprise attack.
If it's a surprise attack then he will kill her outright, the end, period, make way for Black Lantern Diana. If she knows he's coming then she will have a very good chance. According to Bats, she's the best melee fighter in the world so she'll have a good chance of beating him.
If she attacks first, then she kills him outright, go to the mailbox and open the thank you card from Doomsday.
And in all cases her chances are increased if she has her bracelets and sword. My bet is that, unless he does a surpise attack, she'll remove his head and that will be the end.
So the answer is:
It depends on whether it's a surprise attack, and whether she has her bracelets and sword.
Also, a follow-up question is, would Black Lantern Diana seek revenge? If yes, can he defeat her? Or does she now have too great an advantage?

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that part, where Bats and the Big Blue Cheese rejected her. But really, she didn't have any other choice, considering that she's a super-hero. That's one of the reasons I like her; she will make the really tough call and just deal with the consequences. In my opinion she made the right call.

Yeah, she did. She didn't want to do it, but it was the only way to stop Max at the time.

It's not a question of what a superhero would do, but what would an Amazon do? An amazon would have killed Max without any hesitation and she pretty much did that.
Always try to leave an internet argument at lvl 1!
