I was just wondering about a couple of thongs about the power ruining shot.
First off; if I can't see a target I'm my starting location, but then move using running shot so that I can see my target, can I outwit their defensive power before I make the attack?
Second off, can I make the free action ranged attack at any point during my turn? Because according to the wording it just says that they may be given a fee action to use ruining soy, it doesn't say immediately after they move.

I have never hear of ruining shot, but I assume you mean running shot.
Answer to the first question, no you need to complete the action. That action is your movement is halved, after the end of the movement you may make a ranged combat action. After that you can use Outwit.
For the second one, let us read the power

So after the character moves then he/she can make a ranged combat action. The text is very specific. If you do not make the ranged combat action after movement it is lost.

It is very simple, in order to go on to a new action (i.e. Outwit) you must complete the original action in its entirety

Running Shot is a power action that grants a ranged combat action as a free action as part of it. Outwit is a separate free action

Ruining shot is a special power Luscious Fox has. He used it to take out my Rouge in a game last weak.

I was wondering about the thongs he mentioned and how they ruined the shot...auto-correct is not your friend.

Heard about the nightmare stories surrounding the auto-correct so when I got my iPhone, within seconds I had it turned off.

My iPhone is creepy sometimes. I texted a friend 'I'm almost there,' and it auto corrected into 'I'm almost. It's here.' That freaked me out pretty good.

On the original subject, you can Prob in the middle of a Running Shot, but only because that is not an action (free or otherwise). That's the only standard power that ordinarily disrupts a power like that. Otherwise you usually have to play the whole power through. That couldn't make it too easy on you, you know.
