Stumbled upon this picture on google images- does anyone recognize the comic?

I'm bored, so I thought I'd do a little googling and try and help you out.

Basically, Wizard magazine used to do a feature called "Last Man Standing", where you would have two characters from different universes paired up against each other.

Taken from wiki:

"Last Man Standing - A dream "faceoff" between two different characters or teams, always of different companies and/or universes. The feature would detail a brief showdown between the two, including the victor and would be accompanied by an exclusive illustration (usually by a high profile artist) depicting the battle."

So the artist for this particular picture was John K Snyder III, and it was one of the Last Man Standing features in Wizard magazine.
