I like this piece and will definitely try him out. Great choice with the trait. All the same, CW Hawkeye is looking more and more broken every day when all these other archers just can't compare.

This dial is alright. Not great but not too bad. Must be right after he kicked H. It says Experienced but doesn't feel like a great experienced dial. Kinda like the Origins Catman exp.
I do like the trait but it only works with ranged attacks.

I like the two special powers, though the absence of sharp shooter or a second(or hell a third) bolt/target is a little bit of a let down. Terrible that, as BuckVonBanner said, the comparison will always now be CW Hawkeye.

Even compared to the Justice League 52 Green Arrow this guy is going to be scraping his face off the concrete, and that Green Arrow isn't even as powered up as Hawkeye.

Ambidextrous is a must for this guy. And maybe stunning blow on top of it.

On the bright side at his point level David Cain just found a great apprentice!

Batman strikes again! Another terrible dial. What is the point in making all these weak figures? There are numerous civilian clix that put this "super" hero to shame.

I thought Roy Harper's nickname was "Speedy"? Maybe they were being sarcastic? I pulled this guy in a sealed tourney and he did ok taking on support figures. As long as he remembered to know his role and shut his mouth, he'll be fine.

Some kind of trait similar to that Gears of War- move, shoot, move (if end in hindering) TA would have REALLY helped this guy.

He plays better than the dial looks on paper. He's not great, but the Outsiders TA goes a long way in the world of Belts and Gauntlets. Fragile but playable.

Win/Loss: 1-1 Arsenal is a nifty ranged harasser. He struggles with damage output but can plink & Incap with the best of them. A little pricey by today's standard, Outsiders is always valuable but that defense will draw attacks.
